Stations Reopen After Orange Line Fatality

July 30, 2007 - 2:19pm
WASHINGTON - The Ballston and Virginia Square stations have reopened after an Orange Line train struck and killed a woman Monday morning.

The incident occurred at 9:38 a.m. The train was headed outbound toward Vienna.

Metro says it does not appear the woman was an employee.
