Nationals and Scott Olsen agree to 1-year deal
Olsen made only 11 starts for Washington in 2009, going 2-4 with a 6.03 ERA before surgery on his left shoulder in July. General manager Mike Rizzo said last week that Olsen is done rehabbing from the surgery and is getting ready for spring training.
